‘We’re back’
After an amazing festival week in Earls Barton we will be back this year with another Festival. Look in the website and Barton Today for the full programme of events.
The week kicks off on Saturday 12th June with another comedy night this year featuring radio and TV’s Richard Herring as headline act
The Festival can only take off and become a feature of village life for years to come if you show your support for it this year.
We are very aware that there is a recession and that for some money may be tighter than usual but there will be things that will cost little or nothing to enjoy so make Festival Week one to remember.
HOT NEWS.
The ‘Sarah Spade and the Joyful Noise‘ gig on 15th May was absolutely excellent. The support was unable to perform due to illness but SSATJN stepped up with two sets of mainly original music written by Sarah and arranged and performed by her and the band. The disappointment was that more people didn’t come to enjoy the event but those present had a great evening.
